Our step-by-step timeline below shows what we need from you initially to how we craft your Life Film, get your approval and then deliver the Life Film to you. We are here to help every step of the way. (Roll over a number to see more information of each stage.)

Sensitivity

At such a sensitive and difficult time, the creation of such a personal tribute can be very moving, and we always do our utmost to make the process as easy as possible for you.

A simple process

First, we will discuss your ideas and requirements and agree a quote and timescale.

Then, once you have provided a selection of photographs and a choice of music, we will create a beautiful and powerful short film. We will ensure the music track is licensed for private use.

You will of course have the opportunity to review and approve the film before the service, and we will then deliver a DVD copy of the final film to you.

Help along the way

We can advise on the best way for you to supply the original photographs, or where to get them digitally converted somewhere near you.

This applies to both film and video footage too.

If you want to include video clips, filming of individuals, or any audio or animation, please ask. We have the experience to cater to most requests.

If you want us to arrange and provide a technician and equipment to screen the film at the service, we can do this too.

Swift turnaround

Our films are produced as promptly as possible. This can be from as little as three days from receipt of the materials, or even quicker in exceptional circumstances.

State-of-the-art

A Life Film is supplied on DVD and, on request, can be presented by us on a state-of-the-art five-foot screen during the service. We would need to be in touch with your funeral director to discuss logistics and technical requirements from the venue where the service will be held.

Our team has high-level experience in the design and delivery of audio-visual events for many of the world's largest corporate companies.

Further DVD copies are available to those wanting a lasting tribute to share with family and friends.
